Brenda Robson Hall

  • A large, cathedral‑style heritage space with arched ceilings, stained glass windows, stage and upper viewing gallery—ideal for formal receptions or performances.
  • Capacity: 300 seated + 50 additional with viewing gallery.

Upper School Learning Commons (BioWall)

  • A bright, multi‑use gathering area. Perfect for exhibitions, meet‑and‑greets and community events. Boasts floor‑to‑ceiling windows and a living wall (BioWall).
  • Capacity: 50
  • Size 35 x 29 ft.
  • The space is equipped with speakers and a large display screen that can be made available to use.

Legacy Theatre

  • A premier performance and event space ideal for concerts, recitals, lectures, conferences and more. Featuring 187 seats, with retractable seating.
  • Capacity: 187 seated, 300 standing

Temerty Commons

  • A modern and flexible gathering space located at the heart of Havergal’s Upper School. With floor-to-ceiling windows, a fireplace, abundant natural light and an open-concept layout, the space is ideal for receptions, networking events, community meetings and intimate celebrations. This space also opens out into an outdoor quad, which can also be rented.

Upper School Dining Room

  • The Upper School Hawkins Dining Room provides an ideal space for meals, banquet, community events, workshops or casual gatherings. It includes a servery for meal preparation.
  • Capacity: 220

Junior School Dining Hall

  • The double-height Junior School Dining Hall offers a modern, spacious and open-concept venue, perfect for family gatherings, community events, workshops and other functions. With large windows overlooking the Burke Brook Ravine and a clean, modern aesthetic, the space offers flexibility for a wide range of setups and uses. It includes a servery for meal preparation.

Labatt North Quad

  • Nestled within four walls of the historic college is a beautifully maintained green space framed by collegiate-style architecture. This peaceful courtyard is perfect for outdoor ceremonies, receptions, wellness events and seasonal celebrations.

South Quad

  • One of Havergal’s most visible and accessible outdoor event spaces, the South Quad is situated directly next to the main entrance and Brenda Robson Hall and opens onto Avenue Road. This green space offers a prestigious and highly accessible venue for outdoor ceremonies, receptions and community events.

  • Size: 200 x 200 ft.

Simpson Family Quilted Garden

  • Havergal’s most expansive outdoor hardscape event space, the Simpson Family Quilted Garden has an open-air concrete pad alongside gardens and is located beside the Learning Commons (BioWall). This urban-style courtyard offers a blank canvas for creative outdoor events, making it ideal for everything from receptions and performances to markets and exhibitions.

Lisa Hardie Trail and Cohen Amphitheatre

  • Tucked within the lush ravine landscape, the Lisa Hardie Trail and Cohen Amphitheatre provide a rare opportunity to host events surrounded by nature. This wooded trail winds through mature forest, across bridges and past native plantings, adjacent to the Cohen Amphitheatre, a secluded outdoor gathering space ideal for presentations, performances and ceremonies.
  • Capacity: 200
  • Size: Woodlot Trail is 944 ft. (15 x 15 ft. gathering space) and Amphitheatre is 30 x 20 ft.
